One of the most important types of crimes mentioned in the Islamic Penal Code is violent crimes. Violent crimes cover a wide range of crimes which despite many differences, they are shared in having the element of "aggression". Some of the researches conducted about age-crime curve have proven that among the four age groups "children and adolescents", "the youth", "the middle-aged" and "the elderly", the first age group is more involved in violent crimes than the other groups. In this regard, this article seeks to consider violent crimes of children and adolescents, with a focus on the study fields of "neurological impairment", "attention deficit hyperactivity disorder" and "brain chemistry", as three branches of "neurophysiology", an issue that in contemporary criminology known as "Neuro criminology". Although biological criminologists disagree about the ways of communication between neural disorders with violent crimes of children and adolescents, most of them believe that amount of the impact of each the above three fields is completely "relative" and true in interaction with the psychological and social factors.

By: Majid Ghorchi-baygi[1] and Seyed Mohhamad Hosini[2] The most criminological researches have focused on conventional violent crimes in recent years. However, we have a little information about victimization of white-collar crime and a few researches have conducted in this area. Critical criminologists are interested in victimology of white-collar crime. They called victim of white-collar crimes as invisible victims. The nature of white-collar victimization is financial although it may lead to serious physical harms. Patterns of victimization in conventional crimes are different to patterns of white-collar crime victimization although these patterns are similar to each other to some extent. Patterns and types of victimization in white-collar crimes are varied by gender, age, and socio-economic class. Beyond the direct economic costs, white-collar crimes have many significant indirect costs which are harmful as well as direct ones. Theresults indicate that drug-dealing crime center is approximatelycoincident with central part of the city with an inclination to both eastand west. The congestion of residential usage in these parts of the cityand lack of urban facilities such as cuitural, sports, green lands andrecreation and healthy leisure activities that provide prevention ofentering teenagers and young adults into delinquency groups is one ofthe efTective enviromnental reasons for the high drug-dealing crime.
